TEXTILE HERITAGE
A public art proposal commemorating textile production history in the Southeast. The project draws inspiration from archival research of textile patterns to inform the design of architectural surfaces for a public pavilion and interactive rocking chairs. The rocking chairs are embedded with sensors that cause the internal lights to change color based on the speed of rocking.
